I am in year 12; does anyone have advice to deal with extreme high expectations from family and teachers?

I have always been a high achiever but I am finding the pressure is too much at times.I am in year 12; does anyone have advice to deal with extreme high expectations from family and teachers?
Just do your best. Ignore what the family wants - you know what's best for you.

Don't forget to make time for social activities in Year 12 - it's easy to push everything aside for study (particularly as the year concludes and you feel more pressure), but it's not good for you to do that. Play sport, go out with friends, take up knitting... whatever you need to do to give yourself some non-study time.I am in year 12; does anyone have advice to deal with extreme high expectations from family and teachers?
There is not rule that says you have to live up to the expectations of others. Do what you feel is best for you. It's fine to be a high achiever, but it's also fine to enjoy life a little bit too.
just do your best and try to relax it wont be the end of the world all anyone should expect from you is to try.
