We don't need a realtor, just a guideline/forms to do it ourselves.Anyone have any advice as to a good website or book(maybe even a kit) to sell your home to a family member?
your selling to a family member........





just simply go to a lawyer or notary.....and do it..





find one........using the local phone book..


and ask prices......


this is family-to-family.....you do not want to pay a lot.......





don't get lost in forms.................just simply phone and get it all done..............you can use the same lawyer if the costs would be cheaper........





i would recommend a ';realtor';..but this is family-to-family....just .....do it........get a lawyer..and transfer the documents..........

I'm a REALTOR and I would always suggest using one!





But, awhile ago I saw books and/or ';kits'; in one of the Office Supply stores. Can't remember if it were Staples, Office Max or someone else.
