My family may move to the Condado area of Puerto Rico for a couple of years. Any advice on planning?

We are 2 adults and 3 kids- 5 to 12, so we'll need a safe house or apt. Advise on coordinating the move with renting our current house, shipping, etc?My family may move to the Condado area of Puerto Rico for a couple of years. Any advice on planning?
Condado is a nice area of San Juan. It is a tourist area %26amp; it can be expensive as any other major US city. It is as safe or dangerous as any other big city also. I am assuming your family has been there before. If not, take a trip before you move, but I am sure you will like it. Where do you live now? ANy big moving company can move furniture %26amp; even a car for you, but decide if it is worth the price. I use rosa del monte.

You can check Puerto Rico classifieds to find Apartment rentals, jobs %26amp; items for sale. I am not sure if you speak spanish (which will help) so I will only give u the english classifieds.
