Want to live and work in the USA with my entire family, mom, dad, 3 children, who has good advice?

we are a dutch family with 3 children (2,3 and 13 years) and are not happy in the netherlands; we want to make a new start in life in the USA but don't know where to begin, we have to find work , a house and a school for the children( We speak English at home).
