Depends very much on whether you have an EU passport. If offering a job to someone from outside the EU an employer must prove that he/she cannot find someone from the EU to fill that position. Think that also applies to family's who want to employ a cook.





It's just about impossible for non-EU people to get good jobs in Europe, unless you're lucky enough to work for a company who will send you there.I'm a cook of many years experienced, and looking to work in spain, Italy in a family setting, any advice.

yes. dont come. spain is a crap country to work in. carp wages, hours etc. i speak from exp. have been here 7 years-
