Family advice. Taking action against criminals in the family.?

Dear internet, 3 years ago, my uncle let his gangster son (my cousin) and my cousin's girlfriend back into his house after kicking them out because he had a violent attitude and was unemployed. After he got kicked out, my cousin got a job and promised he would turn things around if he was let back in. My uncle agreed and let him live in the basement. After 5 months, my cousin got his girlfriend pregnant and they had the baby, but since then, he lost his job and started dealing drugs. He was, and still is making a lot of money; enough to support his family 10x over, but my uncle found out and threatened to kick him out again if he didint stop. When he threatened him, my cousin pulled out a pistol and said he would kill him if he kicked him out again. So far, my uncle has been letting him do what he wants as long as his son pays the bills and supports his child, but I dont want his baby to grow up in that kind of a high risk situation and lifestyle. If we turn him in to the cops, my uncle will get arrested for letting his son sell drugs and I dont want him going to jail because he's really not a bad guy. Also, my cousin might be schizophrenic because his mom (My aunt, who is now living in an asylum) has the disorder and he is showing some of the symptoms, but I dont know if thats the case because he also uses the drugs he sells. I'm really afraid to take any action because I dont want him to snap and kill sombody. He sleeps with his gun under his pillow and carries another on him all the time. What should I do?Family advice. Taking action against criminals in the family.?
'; Drop a dime'; on this punk, and let the law deal with him. You can call the Police from a pay-phone, and not give them your name. If your uncle has not actively participated in dealing drugs, then he will not go to jail. That child does not have a chance for a good life, being brought up by a drug dealer ! JUST give them his name, and address, and tell them what he is doing !
