Working class family wants to relocate , need advice?

We want to move somewhere warm year round where...

Jobs aren't too hard to come by

they have little or no regulations on homeschooling,

a decent local community college,

sort of in the country, but not too far from good shopping/dining.

and must allow philosophical exemption from vaccination.

Out door recreation and the ocean is also important to us.

Any suggestions??? I live in NY, and have never been further from home than Massachusetts, so i don't know much about the country i guess. Any advice is appreciated.Working class family wants to relocate , need advice?
Well, here is the issue: jobs are tough to come by no matter where you live - so to move with the hopes of landing a job could be irresponsible since you have a family - unless you are looking to forge your way to a new area and send for the family later.

Homeschooling is regulated in every state I think, but if you keep up to standards you are fine) - basic info can be found at homeschool.com.

So, I'll attribute what you are looking for as a progressive environment. You can find this in New Mexico, Austin, TX, and parts of Arizona...but I'm certain you can manage in places in Florida and California as well...but those two places are not doing well in regards to employment.

Check the job boards first, then plan accordingly.
